Agoura Hills' Canyon-Ready Air Conditioning Repair Team
Oakline Heating & Cooling repairs, installs, and maintains air conditioning and heating systems across Agoura Hills' canyon roads, gated communities, and equestrian properties — where longer driveways and older well systems mean not every AC company shows up prepared.
About Us
Oakline Heating & Cooling is based at 28236 Dorothy Dr in Agoura Hills, working on homes tucked into the canyons and foothills around the Santa Monica Mountains — properties that often sit on longer driveways, gated lots, or acreage where the nearest cross street doesn't tell the whole story.
Owner Kieran Maddox started the company after seeing too many service calls where the technician wasn't prepared for a rural gate code, a long access road, or an older system tucked into a detached garage. Every appointment here is scheduled with enough time built in to actually find the unit and do the job right.
What We Do
From same-visit repairs to full system installs, every job accounts for the realities of canyon and foothill properties.
AC repair covering capacitors, contactors, refrigerant leaks, and blower motors — including units mounted in detached garages, side yards, or hillside pads that are common on Agoura Hills properties.
Central air and ductless mini-split installation sized to the home, including properties with additions, guest houses, or barns that need their own dedicated cooling.
Furnace and heat pump repair and installation for cool canyon evenings, including igniter, flame sensor, and heat exchanger inspections.
Seasonal tune-ups timed before the fire-season heat and the first cold snap, so small issues get caught early.
In-depth troubleshooting for systems that keep cycling, tripping breakers, or running short.
Filtration upgrades that help with the seasonal dust and smoke that can settle into canyon homes.

A Homeowner's Guide
Canyon and foothill properties come with extra variables — access, older equipment, detached structures. Here's what to check before you book.
If your property has a gate code, a long driveway, or a unit in a detached structure, mention it upfront — a company that asks these questions in advance is one that's done this before.
A technician should explain what's actually wrong with your system before quoting a repair, not the other way around.
California HVAC work should be performed under a licensed contractor, with a firm price in writing before any work starts.
Where We Work
Oakline Heating & Cooling serves Agoura Hills and the surrounding foothill and canyon communities, where summer temperatures regularly climb well above the coastal areas just a few miles south.
